Drumming Meditation Group: Discover the Joy of Easy Meditation

Looking for a fun and accessible way to experience the benefits of meditation? Join our Drumming Meditation Group, where no prior experience is needed. It's a simple and effective practice that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

If you've struggled with traditional forms of meditation, you'll find this drumming meditation much easier and enjoyable. Our sessions offer a unique blend of relaxation, invigoration, and insights. Participants often experience a release of tension, clarity of mind, pain relief, and deep relaxation.

During the session, drums are provided, but you're also welcome to bring your own. The gentle repetitive drumming acts as a soothing rhythm, calming the mind and relaxing the body. Guided by Roise, we embark on a journey of relaxation through guided visualizations and the repetition of a positive affirmation known as a mantra.

What is a mantra? It's a word or short phrase, often in English, that is repeated several times with the intention of manifesting a positive outcome. This practice helps to deepen the relaxation experience and slow down brain waves, promoting a sense of tranquility and inner peace.

As the session concludes, we immerse ourselves in stillness and silence, savoring the profound serenity created by the sound vibrations. Many participants find themselves wanting to extend the experience, relishing the peaceful state of meditation.
